other obligations, you

"spam," "chain letters," "pyramid
schemes," or any other form of illegal solicitation. WE
STRICTLY PROHIBIT THIS AND SHALL FIGHT IT.

obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or

NOTIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to communicate

in the site, under license, are proprietary, copyrighted or patented and

from advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks,

- You

relationship between you and Jordanhere.com shall be governed by the laws of the
Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You and Jordanhere.com agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts of Jordan.
Any claim
or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the service or
this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of
action arose. Otherwise, such cause of action shall be permanently barred.
NO WAIVER
Failure by Jordanhere.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of
this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
SEVERABILITY Should
any
provision of this Agreement be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
illegal, unenforceable, null, void or invalid, this provision shall be disregarded and the remainder of
this Agreement shall remain enforceable and in full effect.
TERMINATION
You agree that Jordanhere.com, at its sole
discretion, may terminate your use of the service and discontinue providing
it, wholly or partially,
with or without notice.
You agree that any termination of your access to
the service may be effected without
prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Jordanhere.com may immediately
deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files
in your account and prohibit further access to such files or the
service.
Furthermore, you agree that Jordanhere.com shall not be liable to you or
others for any termination of the service and shall
not be responsible for forwarding any unread or new e-mail messages to you.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Jordanhere.com pertaining to the use of
this service. It supercedes
any and all prior and contemporaneous agreements, oral or written, between you and Jordanhere.com
pertaining to this subject matter.
You also may be subject to
additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use other
