Independence Day celebrated At Zaha Center An Event Organized By Al Nukhba Schools
Under the patronage of H.E. the Minister of Private Education Al Nukhba Schools launched their forth-annual carnival on May 24th 2001.The event was held at Zaha Center on the occasion of the Jordanian Independence Day. The carnival was of a festive nature giving students a chance to express themselves both patriotically and creatively. Many events under the vast genre of performing arts were featured during the festivities. These events included a musical performance by the "Amman Greater Municipality Band", theatrical productions, and lots more. The theatrical productions were. performed by internationally acclaimed bands such as the "Ninja" Band and the "Marah"Band. The carnival also featured many artistic exhibitions. Including an art exhibition by the nationally renowned cartoon artist Jalal Araikat, an exhibition of handicrafts, painting exhibits, and lots more. The carnival also aimed to increase the publics awareness of general health and hygiene In keeping with this theme seminars on the above mentioned topics were also featured.
