The Jordan Environment Society organized a conference related to its Biological Gas Project which was implemented in affiliation with the UNDP. This conference is aimed at shedding light at the Jordan Environment Society's role in implementing projects related to energy conservation and the environment. The event was held under the patronage of Mr. Ahmad Obaidat who is head of the Jordan Environment Society. The conference was launched by Deputy Head of the Jordan Environment Society. Dr. Mohammed Masalha. This event featured the participation of several prominent entities in society including: The National Center for Energy Research, The Ministry of the Environment, the Jordan University of Science and Technology, and around 60 other participants.
